Warranty Coverage

Standard Products Warranty

Pandorausshop warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all products purchased through our official website (pandorausshop.net) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Premium Materials Warranty

Items featuring lab-grown diamonds, genuine gemstones, or precious metals are covered by an extended two (2) year warranty from the date of original purchase. This includes guarantees on:

  • Stone weight as advertised

  • For stones 0.50 carat or larger: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight specifications

  • Structural integrity of settings and mountings

California Customers: For purchases made by California residents that are shipped to the consumer, the warranty period begins from the date of delivery rather than the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies when a defect in materials or workmanship is identified during the warranty period. If such a defect is confirmed, and you follow our return instructions, Pandorausshop will, at our discretion:

  1. Replace the item with an identical or equivalent product (if available), or

  2. Provide an item of equal or lesser value, or

  3. Refund the original purchase price

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    • Surface scratches and minor abrasions

    • Tarnishing or oxidation (all jewelry requires proper care)

    • Stone clouding over time

    • Stretching of chains and bracelets

  • Damage caused by:

    • Swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or ocean water

    • Contact with cosmetics, perfumes, or lotions

    • Attachment of non-Pandorausshop charms or components

  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers, including third-party marketplaces, discount sites, or unauthorized retailers

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless the defect is in workmanship)

  • Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Pandorausshop

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Replacement Items

  • Replacement items assume the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer

  • If an identical item is no longer available, we will provide the closest available equivalent or an item of comparable value

  • When a replacement or refund is provided, the original item becomes property of Pandorausshop

Proof of Purchase
